Reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO of Lynx Technology Partners, Inc., Mr. Elcock’s primary responsibilities include the management and administration of business development initiatives and product and service sales support for the CEO, COO, CSSO and other executives charged with strategic planning execution. As Chief Business Development Officer, Mr. Elcock’s primary responsibilities include all facets of strategic business development initiatives, client relationship management, and expansion of service offerings, as well as partner and professional staff development as it relates to marketing, sales, and business development. Mr. Elcock has shaped the business vision and customer base of Lynx’s Health Information Technology (HIT) practice. He is charged with initiating and developing plans and strategies to engage and control more segments of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) marketplace. Mr. Elcock’s firm understanding of this market and the industry dynamics allows him to maintain relationships with other powerful industry luminaries and business professionals who are directly related to the healthcare market.
A co-founder of Lynx Technology Partners, Inc., Mr. Elcock has more than 25 years experience as an authentic, outcome-focused leader of effective and efficient sales and services organizations. David’s expertise includes business development, P&L responsibility, revenue generation, talent assessment, client management, strategic planning and management, internal team building, and external partnership creation to drive business outcomes.
